Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who opens an account with Ampi Gold Ornaments Pvt Limited(“Ampi Gold”, “we”, “us”), buys from us, or takes part in our member network. By ticking “I agree” when you sign up, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

2. Opening an account

• Joining is free. You need the referral code of the member who invited you (your sponsor).
• One person may hold only one account. The name, email and mobile number you give must be your own and correct.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

3. Becoming a network member: minimum 10 g purchase

When you sign up you are a customer. To become a network member, you must buy at least one product that weighs 10 grams or more.

• The purchase counts only once the order is fully paid and our team has approved the payment.
• Until then you cannot add members under your referral code and you do not earn level income. Any income that would have reached you from your network’s orders in that period is kept by the company and is not paid later.
• A customer may sponsor at most 5 direct members.

4. Prices and gold rate

• Jewellery is priced by weight at our 22K gold rate on the day of the order, plus making and other charges and GST. The full price is shown in your cart and on your invoice before you pay.
• The gold rate changes every day. The rate on your order is the one that applies to it.
• Every piece is BIS hallmarked (HUID, 916). The hallmarking charge is shown on the invoice.

5. "Free making charge" offers

From time to time we may advertise a piece or an offer with “free making charge” or “zero making”. This means no separate line named “making charge” is added to your bill for that offer.

It does not mean that the work on the piece is free. The cost of design, labour, wastage, polishing, finishing, stone setting, hallmarking, packing and other work on the piece (together, miscellaneous work charges) is still counted in the price, and is shown under that name or included in the product price. Level income and other benefits linked to the making charge are worked out on this miscellaneous work amount.

6. Orders and payment

• Payment is made by bank transfer (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS) or UPI to the company account shown on your order. Never pay a person directly.
• After paying, enter the UTR or reference number on your order. The order is confirmed only after our team checks and approves the payment.
• We may reject an order if the payment cannot be verified.

7. Level income

• Income is paid only on the value of products actually bought and paid for. Nothing is paid for simply adding members.
• Income is credited to your wallet when the buyer’s order is approved. The rates are shown on your dashboard and may be changed by the company.
• Earnings depend on real sales and are not guaranteed. Do not promise anyone a fixed income.

8. Wallet and withdrawals

• You may withdraw your wallet balance to your own bank account. The minimum withdrawal is ₹1,000.00.
• Withdrawals are paid after approval. Tax (such as TDS) and any other deduction required by law will be deducted.

9. Your conduct

• Do not make false claims about our products, prices or income.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, gives false details, or misuses the network. Income earned through misuse may be withheld.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using your account after a change, you accept the updated terms.
